Internet-Related Multimedia Careers

Multimedia development is most often done by teams of people.

Each team member brings an area of expertise to the project.
Research three multimedia careers and state their job description, skill requirement, and salaries.

African Proverb #7

Knowledge is like a garden, if it is not cultivated, it cannot be harvested

I think this quote means that a persons mind can easily lose its knowledge of things. So, in order to keep that memory, you have to do things like studying  or testing. I also believe that knowledge is like a garden. It needs a lot of care. You take care of it just like anything else you would take care of.

For an example, If I were a complete genius. And I new about everything in the world. The only way to store all of that knowledge  is to keep up on my facts and research. Or else it will be lost somewhere in my head where I can't find it. Then I'd be an incomplete genius.

African Proverb #6

A person who knows proverbs can reconcile differences

I think this proverb means that if  you can understand the meanings of proverbs ,then you can help resolve conflicts. If you can solve a problem, there is a lot more that you could probably solve. It never hurts to help I like to say. I can relate because I like to reconcile also.

For an example, If your Friend had a animal that died. You did not know what to do, you could always help them out with a proverb. I believe that they would feel a lot better. So would you. Because you just reconciled a persons differences.

African Proverb #5

The fool speaks ,the wise person listens

I believe this proverb is saying that a person that isn't wise has the ability to say what they have to say ,but does not want to hear what another has to say. A wise person also speaks ,but they also listen to another that speaks. Listening is always important to do. Just speaking can get a person in a mess, because they did not listen. So, trouble comes along their way.

For an example, if there was a science fair coming up. You were assigned with a group. If you just gave out ideas and never let the other people get a chance to give ideas, you are the fool that speaks. If you let other people get a chance you are the person that listens. That is why listening is important

African Proverb #4

"It is better to be loved than feared"

I believe that this quote means that if someone is scared of you, you don't get a good use out of that. That also means that one day, if you walk outside one person or every body may start running away. Which means that you probably can't last at least two seconds out there without somebody being afraid of you. Being feared means you can't really talk to that person or people, because they don't want to talk to you.

Being loved is best because you have people who love to communicate with you. Also you are probably admired. This is a great sign of friendship and happiness. It is so better being loved than scared. It's the best.

Extra Cash

If you had an extra $100,000 to give away and you cannot spend it on yourself. What would you do with the money?

If I had an extra 100,000 dollars to give away and I couldn't spend it on myself, I would split the money so I could give it to more than one person. I would give part of the money to my friends. Then 2/4  goes to a charity or program that is focused on the economy. Then I would give the rest to a homeless personor a couple homeless people.

I have a couple great reasons to give this money away. I would give some of the money to my fiends because they are nice to me and I feel that I owe them. I would also give the money to a facility that concentrates on the economy and going green because the barely have a lot of supporters and I am trying to be like them also. Even, homeless people need a lot of help. If it were me I too would like a little help. So I would treat them the way I would want to be treated the same.

African Proverb 3

                                                    " A brother/Sister is like a shoulder"

I think this quote means that your brother or sister is part of your support. For an example, if a person had a break-up from a relationship. That person would most likely go to their brother or sister for advice. I would. If I had an older brother or sister.

african proverb 2

" Wood may remain 10 years in water but it will never become a crocodile"

I think this proverb means that you can't change who you are. For example, if you got plastic surgery you would still be the same person. Although you may look different you still are the same. There is nothing that can really change you.

I believe that nobody should be disappointed with themselves. A person should be happy with what or who they are. Otherwise there is no point in existing. It is the way God made you.

African Proverb

"Knowledge is better than Riches"

Clearly this proverb states that your education is worth much more than money or expense. Of course, this is true. Surprisingly it can be used at your emotional times in life. For an example, if your succeeding goal is crushed.

08-09 School Year

I believe my goal for this year is to get good grades. I think I did accomplish getting a couple good grades so far. It seems that I accomplished it by doing what the teachers say.

I think that the benefits of attending New Media is getting rewards or just learning a lot more than what you did before. Although it does still include hard work. Clearly, it isn't the easiest. Therefore you earn it.
